War charts in 1995 between the song "Country House" from Blur with "Roll With It" belongs Oasis could ignite feud between the two bands britpop, especially between their frontman, Liam Gallagher and Damon Albarn.But it seems this cold war will end soon. Liam decided to re-record the song "Country House" with his new band, Beady Eye.
Liam Gallagher said, "War of the chart at the time was a silly thing, and actually 'Country House' is a Blur song I like the most, especially in the video clip when Alex James boarded a pig."
Liam added, "I just want to say bad things that happened in the past should be forgotten and all must unite to help Record Store Day for the good of the music itself," as quoted from NME.com.
The single will be printed as many as 3,000 pieces and half will be distributed in the hometown of Gallagher, Manchester, and the other half will go on sale in New Cross, London, city of origin of Blur.
